Alex

Yoga Instructor

Hi ! I'm Alex. I have been practicing yoga on and off for 15 years. The past 3 years I have practiced very regularly, immersing myself in some short weekend training to deepen my personal practice. In the fall of 2024 I took a big step and started my 200 hr teacher training. I completed the training in March 2025 and started subbing at my local studio in Parkland County, not far from Spruce Grove.

Off the mat I am wife and mom to a 2.5 year old boy and two Australian Shepards. I love hiking, movement, adventure, anything to do with art, music and creativity you'll find me enjoying. I have a holistic way of viewing life, health and the body and yoga really tied everything together for me.

It brings me great joy to share my love of yoga with others and am very excited to work with you in the upcoming months.
