Not Group Programs (CanSkate, CanPower, Jr Dev)

 

** Multiple Skater Families - Max 5 credits required**


Volunteering Options:

 

To  assist the club in the running of

Club-Led events

 

*Each Family is required to

complete a minimum of

1 x Shift Credit for the Season*

 

Penalty for not completing

by March 15 = $150

 

     - Group Program Check-ins

     - Assessment Day - Music Player

     - Calahoo Meats Helper

     - Next Gen Competition (various roles)

     - Christmas Party

     - Ice Show - various roles

To book a Volunteer Shift


Bingo Dates:

 

*Each Skater is required to complete

a minimum of 1 x Shift for the Season*

 

Penalty for not completing or booked 

by March 15 = $150*

 

AM - 10:45am - 3:30pm

PM - 4:45pm - 9:30pm

Fundraising Options:

Additional Fundraising or Volunteer Credits

 

Any additional credits completed

will be carried-forward to next Season

or 

paid-out as Account Credit

to be used towards future fees

1 credit = $75 acct credit


Fundraising Deposit Requirement

 

All StarSkate Families are required to provide

Fundraising Deposits by Sept 30th

or ice sessions may be suspended

 

Either by filling out the following

Fundraising Deposit Form with CC information

or

1 x non-dated cheque per credit required

made out to Tri Area Skating Club

Each credit = $150

 

Email Deposit Form to info@triareaskatingclub.com

or

hand-in hard copy of Form or Cheques

in an envelope addressed to Cheryl Wiese 

to any Coach

 

 

Once your Volunteering & Fundraising is completed

the Deposit Form or cheques will be shredded
